REFUND POLICY
Digital publications are delivered electronically and, once supplied, cannot ordinarily be returned in the same way as a physical product.
For this reason, purchases are generally not refundable simply because a reader has changed their mind after the digital publication has been delivered, accessed or downloaded.
However, Insignis & Co. will provide appropriate assistance, replacement or a refund where applicable if:
- the publication cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a technical problem on our side;
- the file supplied is corrupted or materially defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement;
- the publication supplied materially differs from its description on our website;
- the customer has been charged more than once for the same purchase;
- the transaction was unauthorised or affected by an error that is properly established; or
- a refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact us at [INSERT INSIGNIS SUPPORT EMAIL] and include your order details and a brief description of the issue. We will review the matter fairly and aim to resolve genuine problems promptly.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
